You can create an account in a few minutes and start issuing PDF invoices straight away. We register you in the Peppol network once you choose us as your digital postman in the Financial Administration (Finančná správa) portal. Your identity is verified by the state. As a VAT payer you then send and receive e-invoices; as a non-VAT payer you only receive them.
Delivery is provided by a certified delivery service provider we have a contract with. Efakturia is its intermediary and is not itself an Access Point.
You do the first four steps yourself; we handle the Peppol registration.
All you need is a name, email and password. You will receive a verification link by email — without a verified email we cannot register you in Peppol. Every new account gets a welcome credit for 10 documents, no card and no commitment.
Enter your Company ID (IČO). We fill in the company name and address from the Register of Legal Entities (RPO), and the Tax ID (DIČ) and VAT ID (IČ DPH) from the Financial Administration's lists. If we can't find your Tax ID (DIČ) in the lists, the app will ask you for it — without it we cannot assign you a Peppol identifier.
If you are invoicing for the first time, choose your invoice number format. If you are switching from another app, type in your last issued number and the series carries on seamlessly. You bring over your customers and past invoices from CSV.
We register you in the Peppol network only once you choose us as your digital postman in the Financial Administration (Finančná správa) portal: intermediary IT-DK s.r.o. and provider Kaja Solutions s. r. o. (ePošťák). Your identity is verified by the state, so we don't need any documents from you.
The Financial Administration portal opens in a new window and the link goes straight to choosing our pair. If you are already signed in to efakturia, you will find the same steps in the Peppol section.
Once the Financial Administration passes your choice on to us, we register your company in the Peppol network under an identifier based on your Tax ID (DIČ), usually within a few minutes. You don't need to confirm anything; we will email you about the registration. From then on, anyone in the Peppol network can deliver e-invoices to you.
The account and the Peppol registration are free and there is no monthly fee. Every document sent or received via Peppol costs €0.15 from your prepaid credit. The welcome credit covers your first 10 documents; after that you top up by bank transfer, at least 5 €. PDF invoices sent by email don't use credit. Until 31 Oct 2026 we are not VAT registered and prices are final. From 1 Nov 2026, 23 % VAT is added (a document is €0.15 excl. VAT, €0.1845 incl. VAT).
Every account has all the features. You only pay for documents that go through Peppol.
Unpaid invoices, overdue documents with the number of days late, and paid invoices for the last six months on one screen.
Invoices, proforma invoices and credit notes, with a discount on a line item or on the whole invoice (in % or in €). PDF with your logo and a Pay by Square QR code, sending via Peppol or by email. Invoices from another system can be uploaded as XML or CSV.
Regular invoices are prepared automatically as drafts and you get an email about them; sending is up to you. Payment reminders after the due date can be turned on in settings.
E-invoices delivered via Peppol, together with the original XML. Via Peppol you confirm receipt, payment or a dispute to the supplier. An invoice from outside Peppol can be uploaded as XML or PDF.
Import a bank statement in CSV (Tatra banka, Slovenská sporiteľňa, Fio) and match payments to invoices by variable symbol.
Customers with details filled in by Company ID (IČO) from the Slovak RPO and the Czech ARES. You can bring over an existing list from CSV.
A monthly package of issued and received invoices (PDF, XML and a CSV summary) to download or send automatically by email. You can also give your accountant read-only access.
Your balance, how many documents it still covers, and the transaction history. Top up by bank transfer with a QR code; you get an invoice for every top-up automatically.
The steps for choosing your digital postman, the status of your network registration and your Peppol identifier.
Company details, logo, bank account and number series. Invite colleagues as admin, invoicing clerk or read-only. Secure your sign-in with an email code or a passkey.
Your own API keys and webhooks, if you want to send invoices straight from an e-shop or another system.
Send your customer a link to open the invoice without signing up. You can revoke the link at any time.
You don't need to change it for e-invoicing. It can send invoices to efakturia via the REST API and we deliver them. Which systems we connect and how many hours it takes is on a separate page.
ERP integrationNo. An account and a Peppol registration are enough. Delivered e-invoices are in the Received section together with the original XML, and you can send them to your accountant from there. From 1 January 2027, every business, including non-VAT payers, must be able to receive e-invoices.
The account, company details and choosing your postman in the Financial Administration (Finančná správa) portal take about a quarter of an hour altogether. Registration in the network happens automatically once the Financial Administration passes your choice on to us, usually within a few minutes. We will let you know by email.
The law requires the provider to reliably verify who joins the Peppol network. When choosing your digital postman, you sign in to the Financial Administration (Finančná správa) portal, so your identity is verified directly by the state. That way nobody can register someone else's company, and you don't have to send us an identity document.
No. Type in your last issued number and efakturia carries on the series, including formats such as 2026/0143, FV26001 or with a suffix. You bring over your customers and past invoices from CSV.
No. We are an intermediary of a Slovak provider, so we register Slovak entities with a Slovak Tax ID (DIČ) in the network. We do, however, deliver invoices to Czech customers who are in the Peppol network.
2026 is voluntary, so you can try out the whole process as a dry run. The account and the Peppol registration are free.
