How credit works
You top up your credit by bank transfer to our account — the variable symbol identifies you. The price per document is deducted from your credit for every document you send or receive. Nothing is billed retrospectively and nothing arrives afterwards.
- 1You top up your credit
By bank transfer, at least 5 €. We add the credit as soon as the payment arrives — for transfers within Slovakia usually by the next working day.
- 2You invoice
€0.15 is deducted from your credit for every document you send or receive. In the app you see your balance and a statement of every transaction.
- 3We let you know when it runs low
When your balance drops below €1.50 (ten documents), we send you an email. If your credit runs out, sending is paused — we still deliver received invoices to you and their price is deducted at your next top-up.
Unused credit never lapses and does not expire. If you end the service, we refund the remaining balance.
Services and integrations
We connect you to the system you already use. Work is billed by the hour, we agree a cap before we start and never bill anything beyond it without your approval.
- Connector for SAP or a large ERP
Analysis, deployment of an on-premise connector, IDoc / RFC-BAPI / OData mapping, a test run and handover. No SAP DRC licence needed. If you already use EDI / IDoc INVOIC, the hours drop significantly.

Registering in the Peppol network is free and you can do it yourself. For 49 € we walk you through the whole setup: we configure your company and numbering, transfer your contacts and open invoices and guide you through choosing your digital postman in the Financial Administration (Finančná správa) portal. Identity is verified there by the state, so that step is yours.

Frequently asked questions
How does payment work?
You top up your credit in advance by bank transfer (at least 5 €) and €0.15 is deducted from it for every document you send or receive. Nothing is billed retrospectively: you get an invoice for every top-up, and we don't send monthly statements.
Do I also pay for received invoices?
Yes, a received document costs the same as a sent one — €0.15. Delivery to your inbox, format validation and archiving are included in that price.
Is VAT added to the price?
Not until 31 Oct 2026. We are not VAT registered under § 4 of the Slovak VAT Act, so the prices are final. From 1 Nov 2026 we are VAT registered: prices stay the same excl. VAT and 23 % VAT is added — a document is €0.15 excl. VAT, €0.1845 incl. VAT.
Is there a monthly fee or a minimum?
No. A month without a single invoice costs you nothing — nothing is deducted from your credit. The only minimum is 5 € per top-up, so that the transfer is worth processing. We charge no flat fee for the service itself or for a deployed connector.
What happens when my credit runs out?
When your balance is down to ten documents, we send you an email. When your credit drops below the price of one document, sending is paused until you top up. We still deliver received invoices even with zero credit — the statutory deadline for acknowledging them is running and we cannot hold them back; their price is deducted at your next top-up.
Does unused credit expire?
No. Credit does not expire, and if you end the service we refund the remaining balance to your account.
